Seeking 2bd/2bth that will accept Section 8 Sacramento count

I am a decent single mother raising a disabled child in the Sacramento area. I am on Section 8 and am a part time student achieving my goal as a Registered Nurse. I am looking to raise my child in a decent area in sacramento and send him to a decent school, not Oak park, Del paso heights or any area of such. I am not on drugs, not involved in violence or any illegal activity. I am interested in a very nice property that has 2 bd 2 bath and washer/dryer hook ups with carpet.
