My boyfriend and I have a brand new 4 bdrm/2 bath home located in a quiet new upscale subdivision just 6 miles south of downtown near the Pocket Road off-ramp of I-5. It is close to Sac City and Consumnes River Colleges as well as an easy commute to Sac State. We have a lovely home with high speed wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning, washer/dryer, alarm, fireplace, microwave, pantry and gourmet kitchen with all the tools and equipment to prepare a fantastic gourmet dinner and all the other amenities that come with a new luxury home, plus plenty of parking. Our home is already fully-furnished, so all you would need is your bath linens and bedroom furniture.
