Rental Wanted of a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home in the Sacramento Area under $1200 a month

We are a couple that has recently relocated from South Carolina. We have a three-year-old son and a live-in brother-in-law. We have been staying in a close family-friend's home since we arrived here, but when he needed to house his family member's in the home, we were faced with the situation of a needed move. There has been relatively short notice and we need to relocate within the next two or three weeks. Since this is such a short notice, we are looking for a property-owner that is willing to allow us to split the security deposit into at least 3 installments. I am currently working at Apple in Elk Grove, and any property closer to the area would be best. I am currently driving from the Roseville area and suffer a 32 mile commute, so anything better than that would be a god-send.
