PIP Printing and Document Services is located in 4825 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95841 is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to be a part of our rapidly growing, cutting-edge, digital pre-press, graphics department.
PIP is part of an international network located in 24 countries with nearly 1100 centers. Our operation has been growing annually due to the dynamics of the team that we are building. We are a 38 year old, full-service business printing center that handles the business communication needs of our customer base. We invest in people, services and technology to make sure that our center remains in the forefront of our industry.
New programs we are piloting with selected vendors include “One to One” marketing – the use of variable-data printing in many diverse applications. We offer output from color and black & white production engines in addition to large format color output. Our location features a futuristic layout to take advantage of where we are headed. Your workspace is well laid out and very spacious with multiple computers, RIP, and production machines. Software updates, equipment and training are added as growth, customers, and talent dictate.
We are searching for a talented individual who understands computers and how they relate to prepress technology in a printing environment. We are looking for someone who can apply their experience to understanding color and black & white output devices, networks, large format output and design applications. Your trouble-shooting skills will be used every day. Most of all, we need an individual who can help train our employees and customers on the latest software applications and updates.
Applicant must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign), Adobe Pagemaker, Quark Xpress and Microsoft Office (primarily MS Publisher).
