Looking for a 3 bedroom home for myself and two children, ages 8 and 19 mos. Would like to stay in South Sacrmento, but am open to other areas. Credit is not good, but I am gainfully and have been continually employed with a stable company for the past 6 years. Never had any evictions or been asked to leave a property.
