Operating knowledge of the following office equipment:
Computer, copy/fax machine, postage machine. 10-key.
Data entry – Including but not limited to TRIRIGA/CAFM, Excel, Word, Access.
Answer multi line phone system
-Follow work orders from open to close.
-Update TRIRIGA/CAFM with service work order activity, including labor, materials and other misc items.
-Analyze information before entering data, to ensure costs are under budget, logs are filled out correctly and receipts are coded correctly.
-Create reports in TRIRIGA/CAFM as needed.
-Answer phones for Call Service Center and distribute work orders to technicians.
-Maintain the best possible relationships with customers, taking all possible steps to accord with their reasonable wishes and taking account of any special needs.
-Carry out work in an efficient and effective manner, minimizing non-productive time wherever possible.
-Maintain accurate records of works undertaken including work orders and timesheets and other required paperwork
-Filing, make copies. Other misc. administrative duties as requested
-Duties may require extended work hours to support mission requirements
-Knowledge in Facility Maintenance language a plus
-Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
-Training in TRIREGA/CAFM will be provided.
