• Senior Project

A member of a team of four. Designed a vehicle which follows along a specified path, scans, and tracks a stationary and moving color object.

Responsible for developing, integrating, and testing software.



• Embedded Proc System Design

Designed an embedded system that interfaced a Motorola 68k processor, Rabbit 3000 Microcontroller, and an Altera FPGA to decode signals from a PC mouse.

Implemented in Dynamic C, Verilog/VHDL, and Motorola Assembly.



• Operating System Pragmatic

Built a microkernel operating system (OS) under Unix/Linux. Used SPEDE-2000, GNU ANSI C/C++ compiler gcc, linker, loader, and GNU debugger GDB. Implemented in C.



• Microprocessor Design

Designed a multi-datapath for a microprocessor by using pipelining algorithm. Implemented and simulated in Verilog/VHDL under Linux-Solaris.



• Digital Signal Processing

Designed a Bandpass Equiripple FIR filter by using Matlab, Core Generator, Xilinx ISE, Xilinx board, and Altera FPGA to detect a specified note

from a music-keyboard. Implemented in Verilog/VHDL.



• Computer Networking and Internet

Created a simple Web page and implemented software under Linux for an ATM machine involving client/server programming, sockets, and TCP/UDP.



• PCI and ISA Simulation

Designed ISA and PCI Bus using Verilog to simulate read and write cycles. Using Verilog test benches.
