Need a tutor and/or helper and/or guitar teacher for a special needs child and/or children?? I bring over 2 years of experience working with handicapped children in a non-profit, non-public school classroom setting. Specializing with children that have severe learning, emotional, and behavioral/conduct disorders.



I currently teach full time...I am available after 3:30pm / Monday - Friday and anytime on the weekends.



I take pride in specializing with ED/DD (Emotionally Disturbed/Developmentally Delayed) children. Boys ranging in ages between 7 – 17.



I am a positive male role-model that loves working with kids of all nationalities and from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. I have an intense passion for teaching, music, art, sharing knowledge, and helping children to succeed. I provide positive reinforcement to promote behavioral modifications and I take a philosophical approach with a specialized style of teaching. Promoting a sense of self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-respect is essential in childhood development when building confidence and abilities. This being especially valid when working with special needs children.

Pro-ACT/PART (Professional & Assault Crisis Trained) - Current (If not familiar with Pro-ACT/PART, please ask)



Possess a Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement. Clean driving record and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
