• This is a great hands on opportunity for a student or aspiring photographer to learn about the business of photography and get paid for it! Many photography programs offer college credit for experiences like this and I am happy to talk to your instructors if it so applies •

• I’ve been working as a full time photographer for the past seven years, during which time I’ve founded and managed two businesses •



• I teach photography •



• I have documentary photography projects in Brasil and Sri Lanka •



• I photograph people for various purposes: editorials, weddings, portraits, advertising, etc •



• I shoot both digital and film •



• I am a filmmaker working on my second film •





••• About the job:



• You will learn various aspects of the photography business – from scheduling consultations with clients to shooting and editing •



• You will accompany me in client meetings, editorial shoots, weddings and more •



• You will have a chance to produce images for your portfolio •



• You will get feedback on your images •



• You will also get a chance to learn about video production •



• You will work part-time, the number of hours varying weekly •



• You will get paid $8/hour plus 30 cents per driven mile •
