Looking for 2+ Bdrm House or DuplexI am looking for a place with a yard and 2+ Bedrooms. Preferrably as close to the Rocklin area as possible. I can pay up to $1200 per month and I will sign up to a year lease.



I am a single male, 45 years old. I live a quiet life and do not party. I have my own small business and make good money. I have a young son who lives in the Rocklin area and would like to be as close to him as possible.



I am just finishing going through a forclosure and bankruptcy. I got a bad loan at a bad time, and when they raised my interest rate, my payment went from $3000 to $4000 per month. Unfortunately my house is worth less today than when I bought it, so I am letting the bank take it back.



I am looking to move in soon, within the next couple of weeks. I have 1 dog, a German Shephard mix, and a bird. I would like a place with a yard for my dog and a garage.
