Requirements

Health Information Technician-Medical Records File ClerkQualified candidates will have:



• At least 1 year experience in medical records or medical office, must be familiar with chart assembly and analysis.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• High level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive medical information to include HIPAA compliance
