Reports to: Sales Manager
Are you motivated, personable, and have outstanding verbal communication skills? Do you enjoy establishing and maintaining good customer relations? Do you possess the desire to work within a company that promotes a team environment and professional growth?
This is an entry-level Inside Sales position. Telecommunications is not involved.
The ideal candidate will:
* Initiate telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from domestic customers, original equipment manufacturers, and distributors.
* Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
* Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers
* Contacts distributors or checks computer printouts to locate requested items in order to meet customer's delivery requirements.
* Collaborate with other departments; verify job specifications, create job quotations, and
request order changes, and adjustments.
