We are a financially stable married couple with two young boys and a 7-year-old 35-lb spayed Lab mix looking to share a rental home. He is a GS-9 at the Defense Depot San Joaquin in Tracy, and she is a GS-6 for the Corps of Engineers in Folsom. We don't smoke, we don't do drugs, and we don't have any credit problems.



We still own a house in Michigan, and are paying our mortgage in additional to rent until we can sell it. From December 2006 to June 2007 we lived in north Stockton. We presently live in Manteca, but are looking for a good halfway point between the two work locations.



We can go 50/50 on rent and utilities for a family with one or two children (single parents and stay-at-home parents are okay) or a single or professional couple. Another option is for us to be the main renters, and we can let a bedroom to a single or couple - with the landlord's permission and a lease addendum.



No smokers, please. We're allergic to cats. Dogs are fine as long as they're clean and quiet.
