**SEPT 1st** 3-4 BDRM HOME NEEDED!!

I'm not the one for "sob" stories but my family and I are in dire need of a 3-4 bedroom house or duplex (around $1000.00 a month) in the Sacramento area (preferably North Highlands, Foothill Farms, Carmichael, Arden area, or Rancho Cordova area) by September 1, 2007 that would work with us on the deposit (monthly installments) as well as allow pets. We have one dog (6 month old german shepard/lab/husky mix) that is FULLY housebroken and is NOT aggressive at all.



After an unexpected death in the family (at the beginning of the month) we got a 30 day notice to move 3 days later due to the fact that the owner is falling behind in his mortgage payments and needs to sell the house. We would not even be moving if it weren't for the landlord selling the property. We are clean, responsible, long term tenants who are just stuck in a really bad position financially due to the unexpected death in our family. We would be able to come up with a portion of the deposit up front with the first month's rent.



We desperately need to find someone who has a 3-4 bedroom house/duplex and can find it in their hearts to work with us on the deposit.



As I mentioned (I'm hoping that my up front honesty will count for something) we have a dog, we would be more than willing to come up with a portion of the deposit up front along with the first month's rent, our credit is "so-so" however our income would be more than 3x the rent (if the rent is around $1000.00/mo), I have been at my current job for more than 3 years, we have been at our current place of residence for little over 2 years (which shows stability), we need a 3-4 bedroom house by the 1st of September.
