Room for rent wanted in partying-free household for 07-08 school year starting September. I have a steady income, a small sweet cat, and am 33 and male. I'll be returning to school to finish my BS and need a study-friendly atmosphere. Demographics of household immaterial, but cleanliness and consideration are a must.
