Cultural Change Management Analyst p/t PM

Excellent long term 2-3 year contract opportunity for a Cultural Change Management Analyst with Project Management experience working onsite at a government client here in the greater Sacramento area.



Ideal candidate should have the following:

• Experience with change management associated with the implementation of a new system and business processes

• Experience in leading business areas and project teams to define and implement business impacts for process and system changes

• Experience developing and implementing communication strategies and plans with multiple stakeholders within state and/or county agencies

• Participate and facilitate internal and external stakeholder sessions

• Knowledge of methodology used for business process design/redesign

• Experience in or knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP)

• Able to interpret design documents and project schedules to establish and communicate project scope

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors

• Excellent oral and written communication skills - able to communicate team and project goals in a clear, concise and strategic manner

• Experience evaluating and establishing training programs

• Experience developing and executing communication, training and transition management plans

• At least three years experience in project management – leading/managing teams through systems design, development, testing, implementation and change management

• Experience in or knowledge of performing best practice research

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects including determining project viability, establishing project plans and project budget, and identifying resource requirements

• Experience with using project management methodology and standards for managing system development projects



Specific skillset required:



* At least three (3) years experience in developing and executing communication, training and transition management plans

* At least three (3) years experience in leading/managing projects

* Experience in defining and documenting business change management strategy and plans with state and/or county agencies

* Experience in or knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

* Excellent oral/written communication skills
