This is a software engineering position that will play a key role in redefining and re-writing an industry leading web-based application in a .NET architecture utilizing a SQL Server database. The person in this position will play a key role on the development team and will be called on to utilize established Object Oriented .NET development skills. This person will also participate in the establishment of software development standards and procedures. Primary Responsibilities:
Architect, design, develop and test applications to meet business requirements. Develop high transaction volume multi-tiered business applications using the .NET framework. Work with peers throughout the entire development cycle. Interface with the SQA team in identifying and solving problems, improving design, and conducting/participating in collaborative programming and design. Actively participate in data base modeling and construction. Deliver high quality, thoroughly unit tested code.

Qualifications: (Education, prior work experience, specialized skills and knowledge)
• 4 to 7 years experience in software design, development, deployment and support
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years expert experience in
o Object Oriented Programming
o C#, Java, J2EE
o Automated unit testing
o Collaborative design and development

Proficient in:
o Object-Relational Mapping
o Data Modeling with Object Role Modeling (or other conceptual modeling method)
o Visio for Enterprise Architects (or other modeling tool)
o NUnit (JUnit ) or other automated testing software
o NAnt (Ant) or other automated code building software
o AccuRev (or other Source Code Control System and Incident Tracking System)
o CodeSmith (or other code generation tools)
o ASP.NET deployment to a web-farm environment
o Visual Studio .NET
o SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2 in a clustered environment
o XML, XML Schema and source-code generation from XML

Familiar with:
o AQTime (or other .NET Performance Profiling Tool)
o CCNet (or other Continuous Integration tool)
o Object-Relational Mapping tool such as OJB, OJB.NET, Hibernate, NHibernate or TopLink (or have written custom tool)

Necessary Skill:
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET, VS.NET)
- Java, J2EE
- NUnit, automated testing
- CodeSminth (other code generation tools)
- SQL Server database
