Gymboree is looking to hire motivated customer service representatives to answer challenging customer emails. Do you have a background in customer service or in writing and editing? The Customer Care Email Representative position is ideal for anyone with a concentrated goal on pleasing every customer, and in this position you will have great opportunities to analyze and respond to customer emails for all of the Gymboree Corporation’s brands.



We’re looking for someone who is detail oriented and enthusiastic about writing and editing. This position requires editing an existing database of scripted responses, analyzing trends in customer emails, and composing new responses to customers. Experience with customer service software (such as Blue Martini or eGain) is a plus.







Essential Job Skills:

Strong Customer Service orientation.

Excellent organizational and (verbal and written) communication skills.

Strong sense of urgency to effectively complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently.

Excellent detail accuracy and organizational skills.

Problem solver.

Strong writing ability and experience in resolving customer issues through email.

Experience in editing and proofing works for typographical errors.

At least two years college experience preferred but not required
