Telecommunications Company is in need of a Data Analyst. In this position you will provide analysis and recommendations in such areas as resource planning, budget analysis, cost and productivity planning, trouble ticket trending and customer activity analysis to enhance decision-making opportunities and support the achievement of business and operations goals. Create and manage operational reports for field service and dispatch operations. Analyze reports for data integrity and report accuracy. Leads or assists in the creation of new reports from varying data sources.





REQUIREMENTS:





-Minimum of 4 years of strong database and spreadsheet experience, specifically, Access Database, Crystal Reports and Advance Excel experience is necessary.


-Must have the ability to analyze data and create matrix.


-Must be adept in quickly learning new software and database programs.


-Strong written & verbal communication skills.
