School Business Services of California (SBSC) has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to support the President and Human Resources Generalist of the Company. The right person for this job is someone who is detail oriented, has great organizational skills, excellent attendance, dependable, and a team player.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Calendar management
Setting appointments and travel arrangements
Typing correspondences, meeting agendas and preparing reports
Taking meeting minutes
Planning and coordinating meetings and other events
Special projects
Administrative and clerical duties
To be successful in this position the following qualifications are desired:
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task
Must have dependable means of transportation
Professional demeanor and business etiquette
Excellent problem solving abilities
Previous experience is required and some HR experience is desirable.
