An established large Sacramento firm is seeking an experienced transactional attorney for a contract position. This is an immediate need! The position will last approximately three months though it may be extended as needed. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working on corporate, securities or tax matters. Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions is an absolute MUST!



A strong academic background and CA Bar membership is required!



Compensation is dependent on experience and flexible.
