We are a small custom software development company seeking a programmer with exceptional inter-personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will love to program and will able to communicate effectively with both clients and other staff.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Math skills


• Exceptional troubleshooting capability


• Must be a team-player, willing to adhere to company programming standards


• Ability and willingness to play an integral role in all phases of software development (specification development, design, development, testing, implementation, support, and updates)


• Must be willing and able to meet project deadlines

Consulting abilities including:

• Willingness and ability to meet with potential and existing clients


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients


• Ability to work well with clients on technical support issues

Programming experience:

• ASP and/or ASP.NET


• Javascript, VBScript


• Transact SQL, preferred


• C++, C# preferred

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of work experience

• 5 years programming experience
