Position Summary:



As part of the senior management team, the Program Director provides overall program management, development and supervision for a full-range of existing and innovative services to increase options for adoption of hard-to-place children.



Ideal Candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading a team to success in achieving goals and becoming the best professionals they can be. Has personal or professional experience with child welfare.



• MSW preferred

• Two years proven supervisory and staff development experience

• Detail oriented, resourceful

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel preferred
